EY what is the standard pay for a 1st year senior in Tech Risk. I don't want to ask for low pay or price out of the job.

PWC - 22L fixed

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?
