Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD. Good morning friends, I’m currently working in a clinical healthcare role but want to transition into change mgmt (healthcare). How could I bolt onto a change mgmt engagement as an assistant or facilitator? I’m near the end of an unpaid volunteer role in an OD engagement and it has worked great because it requires low hours of work while still providing me with experience. Articling in big law and getting sworn in soon. Got an in house offer at a big company, which pays more than big law and someone says they’re willing to mentor me. Wondering if I should make the jump? How hard would it be to go back to a law firm if I regret it. What i will be doing is very specific but also many other companies and law firms look for that., even though companies seem to outsource it less and less.

Is it worth taking courses on PM? I’m thinking of doing Product School or General Assembly course to learn the basics. Is it worth the money and time commitment?
