Finally left FIS after many years. Got a good opportunity outside and moved on. Funny that there wasn't even an exit interview.

Big thanks to both bowls - FIS India & FIS Global. A great place to learn, ask, and help. I have been quite active here and hope I was able to help a few people along the way.

The org has its own issues, especially clueless management, but the colleagues are amazing. Will definitely miss them.

Hope things get better next year. Merry Christmas and Happy NewYear.

How is this designation. How is the work life balance, growth & internal hike in Schneider Electric . Also, what will be the in hand salary in this CTC. YOE - 6.8, Tech Stack - Salesforce.
