Folks,l rejoined HCL. Before joining, preBGV was
done.After joining.got a ShowCauseNotice
asking for a reply within 5days regarding
postBGV.They found a fewshortterm
employments <1month through my UAN, which I
hadn't listed in my cv/BGV since they were too
short and had no exit date.I explained this via
email, mentioning they were very short-term
associations.They then ask me reason&fill a SOF
for employment,which I did and uploaded on the
SmartVerify portal.Awaiting next update now.PLS
