I received a deloitte usi offer for SAP ABAP consultant (5 yoe) and I will be assigned to EO unit. Reading all the reviews, I feel very scared about the work life balance.
People who are in SAP or other ERP working for Deloitte USI, could you please share your opinion on below:
1. Is the work life balance really so bad that it will affect mental wellbeing?
2. Are the quality of projects good? How is the learning?
3.Should I join? Learning is my main goal.

Thoughts on recording meetings. In Texas and have ADHD. I’ve been recording internal meetings for the past couple of weeks and my work product has improved exponentially. I’m able to go back and listen to the directions over again. In law school I had a note that gave me permission to do this. Is this taboo in a firm?

The Current scenario of high attrition rates and job shift by taking multiple offers has been caused by a resource crunch in the market. However I have a feeling that this particular scenario of shifting jobs by way of multiple offers and getting high salary is creating a bubble in the market which will burst causing a ripple effect of lay offs due to cost saving efforts by organisations in the near future. In a scenario like this how can one change the job by avoiding the bubble?

Just wanted to ask if I'll be provided training in my initial months as a front end engineer or am I expected to work from the very first day.
