Lyft driver delayed picking me up 30 min, resulting in me canceling my ride and asking hotel to call me a “yellow taxi” to get to the airport because it was 5am and all ubers/lyfts were 15 min. I rented a house that had been vacant for a bit & the prior tenant didn’t do a thorough job cleaning up. Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job. I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.
