Industry vets - in your experience how recession proof is insurance? I've been thinking about how it can be hard to reach users to get feedback on early stage prototypes, concepts, demos, pitches, landing pages, tag lines, etc. What would you all think about a community for early stage founders where you can do a show-and-tell, get feedback from other founders, and give feedback? Thinking IRL dinners to start. Focused on b2c where the founder group would probably fit within your target audience. Do you have this problem and would this help you?

I’m at a mid size transactional firm. I’m a total night owl and my partners have OK’d me starting the workday at around 11am because I regularly work until midnight or later. I get so much more done after dark! I still get some side eye from other associates, but 🤷🏽‍♀️

NJ Counselors- what’s everyone doing for Week I’d Respect?

Just wanted to start a conversation about how we can best support ourselves, our students, teachers, etc.?

I feel like the lines of work hours is non existent. Getting texts from staff after hours, being told to be flexible when we are doing our outreach for students not engaging, and students requesting meetings at 6pm. Ummm I don’t get a flex schedule so I would still be required to work my normal hours.
