I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

I came in with right around 2 YOE as a entry level, haven’t regretted it at all
Ty 🥺 very much
Where do you work now? Probably associate but maybe senior associate is possible
With 2 YOE you’ll probably come in as an associate unless you have a really strong track record that you can prove. I’ve seen ~3 YOE come in as entry level, ~4 YOE come in as Senior associate (12-18month window for promo)
I work at a T2
Booz Allen? Their work is very different from traditional strategy firm
So seems like I’ll be coming in as a first year associate from this and other questions with a slim possibility of coming in as a second year associate. Any thoughts on taking an entry level job after 2 YOE?
Also clarify with your recruiter. Casually bring up if you’re interviewing for A or SA
