Been working at my company as a new grad for almost a year, but don’t see myself in the team that I am in (working with Salesforce) for long term. Interested in frontend dev and have been learning on my own. Manager says chase doesnt have much React opportunities. Is it possible to make a switch when I barely have experience? I’m currently being asked to undergo a background check. 9 years ago, I was caught for drinking underage while in college. I subsequently went through a diversion program. I’m now being asked whether Iv ever gone through a pre-trial diversion, which is what I went through. I don’t want to be penalized for something that happened 9 years ago. Advice? What should I do?
