Observed employee who joined for atos (marked atos in offer letter) has got their gcm level updated with huge appraisal. But employee who joined as paladion no gcm update, also got less percentage hike.(atos gcm + more that ~50% hike, for paladin max it's 10% hike)

Also remember we got joined together with same experience level, Same training batch, for some sane project tooo. *is it not a unethical move by HR's

I started working for a bank and am going through the background check. They found an arrest which was dismissed and the file was sealed a few days after the check. They’re requesting the police report on top of the court order to seal. The police report is BAD. During the arrest (DUI) they wrote the report to make me seem like a complete lunatic. Embellished on several elements of the case. I am worried that giving them this report will cause me to be let go.

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself.
