EY is better in strategic consulting wherein an employee works across the life cycle of a drug. Learning is holistic and pay is much better compared to ZS.
Didn't get your query. EY works in life sciences and healthcare
EY is a much better option and with 4 years of work experience, a Senior analyst would be the likely designation.
How would the nature of Hc projects be? And pay, wlb, exit opportunities etc?
For healthcare consulting,ZS is best apart from MBB.
WLB is a bit more but if you want growth, learning and exposure, you have to decide that way. From what I know WLB is an issue in almost every company . Thats how businesses work, unless you want to get disrupted if not now than in a decade
WLB is far better at EY compared to ZS. Day and night is equal at ZS.
+1
Talk about a generalization. 😊. Most people work hard in consulting. Having worked at multiple firms, I think it's more about the individual and the type of work than the firm.
Fair enough. Fwiw, I plan to retire at ZS. Good luck with your decision. 👍
