My cousin recently joined this company. I would never recommend joining this company.Pathetic management,no wlb , working with this company will be very stressful for devs due to bed managers they forced junior dev to work 14hrs a day not only that but giving so much work pressure, unrealistic deadlines, giving threats to Jr dev if they didn't work they'll downgrade them even After working 12+ hrs. Due to bond cnt left.

Ive accepted an offer going from a SM role to M role at EY in the CCas team , London office. Can anyone confirm how often one needs to come into the office, as my commute is from Hampshire . In my current role I rarely go to the office, i.e once every few months (also in London) and am considering backing out due to the additional commuting cost and less flexible work life balance.

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. I got offer from HCL for the position of Lead consultant with(23.49 fixed + 3.51 variable). I have 8 yrs of experience. I want to know if this position is same as Team/Tech Lead ? As in my current organization I am working as Team Lead. And also how is job security and work life balance in HCL?

I know that some other associates at my level are approximately 30% behind other associates in hours on a month to month basis. Yet all of these associates say they are “at capacity”, and myself and another associate still end up being assigned work instead of them. How do we handle this? For reference, all associates are around the firms minimum requirement, it’s just that a few of us are 30+% over and it is leading to burnout.

So my unit (USAR) is doing in person Battle Assembly. Here's the crazy: Its a MUTA-8, so we all show up on Thursday at 0600. Half of us go to the range, half of us stay in the Reserve Center to do administrative tasks.
We flip that on Friday.

On Saturday, those that went to the range on Thursday come in, and they do virtual battle assembly on the Sunday. Flip that for those who went to the range on Friday.

Is there a mandatory client interview for all projects in Capgemini after joining ?

Want to establish quick, reactive line of creative idea comms with the client (for timely executions). Running things by accounts destroys the process. Either they become wannabe CDs or evil “clients” …with feedback that makes effort never ending, instead of putting the idea in front of the client. What can be done? CD is new to the agency and is trying to figure out the client relationship.
