Just wanted to generally understand what is the average salary in the field of sustainability. I am working as a green building certifier and ESG consultant for one of the firm with package of 5,20,000 LPA with exp, of 2.5 years.

Had my 2nd round with BCG this morning for experienced hire and don’t feel like the cases were perfect, have to wait until M/Tu to hear.
