For salary, how to ensure the salary is fair or not?
I recently joined a company in Dubai as a mechanical design product development engineer. I have 4 years of experience in mechanical design using solidworks and autocad . In the recently joined company, I work on designing tanks and paying simulation using solidworks. Also make development for designs.
I think that the salary AED 5k is little. What is the avg fair salary for my position?

3 YOE in Marketing through internships in college, followed by 2 years Financial Operations/Data Tools full-time. I got an offer for $75K at TekSystems for a Market Analyst role.
