Feeling unenthusiastic about my work life recently. My agency doesn’t give me a lot to do, I often ask other folks if they need help. When I do finish a job, I’m always praised for it, and then I go back to to asking people.

Everyone at the agency seems to be busy all day. Not that I WANT to be super busy, but it makes me anxious to have to ask all the time. This is my first job, I haven’t met most any of my coworkers irl (we have no office). Work feels a bit like limbo.

What should I do?

I just started my first fulltime job. It is inhouse and I'm in office. I've been here for a little less then a month now but I still feel like they don't have enough work for me to be full time. I'm constantly asking my Manager what I should be working on and she hardly ever gives me anything. So far I've spent 80% of my days here just researching/reading industry articles. I know it will ramp up some but I feel like there is no way it will be enough to fill 40 hours. What do I do?
