Very strict 3x week with Monday’s mandatory policy. A VP on my team was fired last year for not coming into the office enough, despite being a top performer and very well liked by our clients. They will also withhold promotions and bonuses if you don’t comply. So unless you are hired as fully remote, it’s required.
If you're hired as hybrid. You'll need to go into the office as prescribed by your agency. There may be cultural/team exceptions, but that's not the norm.
Policy has been in place since beginning of 2024. If anything, days in the office will only increase, from what I'm told. The vocal minority of never office people have either left or were shown the door.
(*Should also note I'm not at McCann anymore, despite the fishbowl title)
It’s strict but also not every single person comes 3 days every single week. Mondays pretty much everyone does though.
Ok that's fine. I was hoping that it wasn't super strict
They were the first agency to fire people based on RTO attendance
