Unlimited PTO only benefit employer when you also have utilization targets to meet. Avoid like plague

At Deloitte we get about 25-30 days depending on level. I typically use at least 20 per year since we can carry over for one year. It’s on a FIFO basis too so you can get rid of the carryover after.

Took 25 days excluding holidays last fiscal year

5-6 weeks excluding firm holidays

I’m not unlimited but found out my employer doesn’t pay accrued PTO if I were to quit (in NC). Such a huge kick in the pants.

3-4 weeks of pto + firm holidays which is another 10-14 days

Looking to transfer my lease to someone, as I’m moving for a new job. 2 bed, 2 bath top floor unit off Callowhill and 15th for $2626 per month, move in ~12/1. It’s on the end of the building, so living room and bedroom are corners, tons of natural light. Fitness center, golf simulator, rooftop grills, concierge, the works. Let me know if you or someone you know are interested!

What are some of the best consulting firms for digital strategy roles? Looking for a change and was wondering which of the T1/T2 firms have digital practices in Canada. I have applied to ATK and McK. BCG is working to establish their presence in Canada but their team is focused on establishing top down. Bain doesn’t have digital focus. Can anyone shed some light on other T2 firms?

I am currently in industry, but was a Senior in Accounting Advisory, and before that an audit associate. I’m thinking of trying DDV at PwC as I’ve always been interested in M&A integration, but am unsure on carry over of skills and also would like to go somewhere I can be bumped to Manager as I was almost there prior to leaving industry.
