Four weeks ago I participated in a final panel interview at Ford Motor Company. I sent a thank you email afterwards, followed up a week later, and then again a week after that.

I haven't heard many stories of folks being ghosted by Ford, but with everything happening in the automotive industry, I'm not sure if the roles are even still open (they let me know they had 5 PM roles open). The portal even lists me as "interview".

Any recommendations for dealing with getting ghosted? Any advice?

Can anyone refer me to Salesforce? I have applied on the portal but it would be helpful I can push my resume through referrals. Would share the workday job ID when you DM.

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

I’m trying to pivot to PM after >3 years in finance and I have a 2nd round interview with CPO this week. Company has 3.7 on Glassdoor with complaints about CEO, “bro-y” culture, and hard to wfh. It’s a data analytics company with 5 PMs, was bought by a PE firm this year, and has a new (female) CEO as of Oct. Role is 50/50 hybrid, pays well vs what I make, and most importantly would be a foot in the door to PM. Is this a good place to be for PM? What else do I need to find out to know for sure?
