Hi Team, I have a query Is it mentioned in the company policy , that the organization can make decision or ask for buyout in case of early release ? Even when the company wants to release the resource...as I am ready to serve the notice...but organization wants to release me early...and asking for buyout.. Also because my next company won't give buyout and I can't pay from my pocket....can anyone help me with the policy.

Here is the cycle I’m in:
Staff asks for training. Training is provided. Staff doesn’t do what they were trained to do. It’s infuriating when this close to a deadline.

I have been working with big 4 for past 3 years now. But now Idk why but I feel a little anxious even when a work is being assigned I feel anxious if I will be able to do it or not what if I am stuck. How do I deal with it?

I am an senior associate at a small (8-10 attorneys) immigration firm in NYC. My base is 110k and I get 30% for the cases and clients I bring in. My revenue was 370k last year and I did 250k till April this year.

My issue is, I have so much firm's work that I have hard time to work on my cases/clients. It feels like my cases are supposed to be done after hours (like after 6 pm). My work hours are crazy. I feel this is unfair and since my firm's taking 70% of my sales. Should I ask for a raise?
