Not trying to be a jerk but those are super competitive, top 40 likely isn’t going to cut it unless you’ve got a great referral, or have something to differentiate yourself to be noticed.
It’s doable to pivot and these rotational internship programs are the place to start, but see point 1 above.

I think what everyone is trying to say....is you don't have to be at a top school to get into Google.
Product manager roles are highly sought after right now, I can only assume intern positions are as well.
It’s impossible to give a % chance- we don’t know you or the details of the many others that will be applying.
Small to zero chance for PM as the majority come from target top MBAs with technical backgrounds or previous PM experience at other companies. Working on getting some meaningful referal would be the only bet here.
I went to a top 15 program, and didn’t even get interviews with referrals. Did consulting instead and went to G after couple of years. Plenty of opportunities down the road. Make sure you have a story/background that makes sense.
