HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I wouldn't have nearly as many issues with conservative principles if they weren't so hypocritical in how they enact them.

I'm not opposed to lowering taxes, smaller government, and respecting individual rights, but they simultaneously support bailing out big businesses, expanding church and state, and massive deficit spending to pay for dumb wars and tax loopholes for hedge fund managers.

Now again I have another counter offer, should I ask them to revise my offer letter again?
