Genuine question: If so many opportunities want YOE in consulting, how does one pivot into consulting...if so many consulting EH roles require specific prior experience? 😕

Unfortunately, using a graduate degree to pivot into consulting isn't an option, and the majority of students who recruit for consulting don't get it anyway. I just feel trapped and regret the choices I made as an 18-22 year old.

I love my job in special education, the job may bring quite a bit of stress and exhaustion but nothing compares to the stress of the related service team. OT, PT, speech, BCBA, social worker, etc etc is really what’s killing me this year. It is 23 days into the school year and the team members all make different plans and as a result, nothing is being accomplished. And if paraprofessionals follow ie what OT says but not PT, it cause so much unnecessary conflict!
