How do I write to other companies to step up the interview process - got an offer on Friday from a less desirable exit opp. I have a final round interview with another company that I am keen on joining but I want to let them know to speed up the process without sounding like a jerk.

Hey folks. Question for the majority of us still under the big 3 holding co’s...are raises a thing anymore? I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal? I also recognize being somewhere 5 years is rare these days. The honeymoon period at any agency seems to be 2.5—3yrs before bolting. Not complaining, just asking. My logic for asking is to determine if I should consider a given role or pass if doesn't meet my salary requirements rather than continue additional interviews and find out later. Thoughts?

Completed all the interviews and had positive feedback but before the offer I spoke with the recruiter (third party) and asked them if I can get to a certain compensation number as I might have couple other offers around that number but they got back saying the firm has decided to move on as they cannot match it.
