Currently interviewing for a role that has $200k base and $320-400k TC 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 if I get it it would be an 16-45% increase on what I’m making now. And who knows with 5 years down the road.
I’m aiming to reach $70,000 this year and move toward $120,000 in five years, with steady growth and peace of mind. I want roles that pay well but don’t eat my weekends. I’m also exploring side income streams that align with my values. How do you balance ambition with sustainability? I am open to how to better get there!
I'm working towards 100k this year, after 6 years at my level. I'm in a MCOL area and don't have a ton of expenses, but I still have that 6 figure goal in mind to help increase my savings. In 5 years I would hope to be even closer to 150k but I don't know if I'll cap out lower than that due to my location.
My goal is to be earning $150k in five years.

Aiming to $200k in 5 years.
I’m seeking promotion within the next year and hoping for ~$150,000 - a ~20% raise. Next 5 years? Hoping to reach 6 figures in my side project + land around $200,000 after 2 promotions.
