Post resignation, my leave balance in Talent Compass suddenly went negative (around -14 days).

What’s confusing is that I’ve only availed 6 leaves this year, so the numbers don’t really add up.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of issue after resignation? Is this due to recalculation or system glitch?

Would appreciate any insights before it impacts my final settlement.

I joined on 28th November and was told that the payroll team will contact me before 15th for payroll setup.

I have opened a new salary account with icici for gds but still have not been contacted by payroll team.

Will I get salary this month or will it be carried over to next month as my payroll is not setup and in orientation it was told that the cutoff date is 15th of every month.
