I started a new job 6 months ago, since then my boss left, the team has changed and we got a new boss, and everything I was trained on when I onboarded is changing due to factors outside of my control..adopting a whole new way of doing things. I feel like I'm starting a new job all over again and not in a positive way. I'm not sure what to do. I'm getting burnt out already. Any advice?

On my first agile project with a public sector client. What would you provide as release notes for a post-production release? What level of detail would be customary? Ticket numbers & titles?

I am looking for promotion this year and this will bring down my ratings? Should I talk to my SM who is above my supervisor? I have split up my snapshots for reviews between SM and my supervisor. Hi everyone, I'm new to Canada and want to start my career here in the Financial and Banking industry. I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.

I'm in finance/tech FPA, looking to go back to the defense industry for a 25% increase in TC. But wanted to see if I should leverage the new salary with current company to see if they'll match.

Background: got a promotion at current company that didn't come with sufficient increase . After stating my case I was told it would be evaluated next October, which is what prompted the initial job search.

knows what the job entails exactly. I keep hearing about people "fooled" into taking a job in risk advisory thinking it'll really be advisory while they only end up doing IT and Audit support (which I do not want to do).
