Google reached out about a financial strategist role in the Bay Area. Anyone have any interview tips? Salary range? Advice?

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

Are online executive leadership programs helpful in getting a higher level role or getting noticed for Director and above jobs? Or does it not matter if you have a decent amount of experience? 10+ years?

Does anyone have any experience with Draper Laboratory in Cambridge? just got a nice offer pending an interview. Feels to good to be true or it won't last long.

Will Deloitte india revise offer based on the current offer?

I got offer from Deloitte for around 14.5 (fixed + variable) for 4 years of experience in SAP.

But now i have better offer for around 17 LPA.
