Per SHRM, I was just curious if any HR Professionals completely removed the following fields: social security number, recommend salary, graduation dates, military discharge info, race, maiden name like (Ms. Mrs. Ms), & criminal history questions. I’m a senior planner leading one brand and there’s a new strategist on the team working on a sister brand. They’ve been asking for every strategy deck I’ve made on that brand as an example to go by to inform the thinking/flow on the sister brand. Also because I mentioned it went well with client when they ask. All for sharing thinking w/ the team & I know we feel imposter syndrome to varying degrees, but I also feel like it’s good for planners to find their own voice/style/flow. Thoughts?

Team just applied for a TS Clearance (defense agency). Trying to assess if it makes sense to wait till the clearance comes through (6 months to a year?) before I job hop. I'm hoping to get some clarity on the following:
1. Can my company withdraw or cancel my clearance if I leave right after I secure a TS?

Parents are deciding between moving to WVirginia vs Virginia at retirement to be closer to us based in fairfax (ideally be at 1 hour driving distance). They currently in the mid west but WVirginia appeals to them because of low taxes, low cost of living. We are also poc so appreciate some diversity.
