Got an offer from IBM ISL without any stocks. HR said they've not been oferring joining stocks for sometime now.
Hiring Manager mentioned that at the end of each year and depending on the performance we can have a discussion with manager for stock/RSU options.

People who have completed 1 or 2 years in IBM ISL, Have you received any stock/RSU during the increment cycle ?

I heard that Travel team will automatically file your extension processing in premium mode if your DL has expired? Is this true? Not looking for premium processing.
