Got hired a bit ago at a tech reseller and I was completely green when it comes to basic tech knowledge coming in. The company said over and over that it didn't matter and they would teach me what I needed to know. Well they never did and now I'm floundering because asking basic prospecting questions is rough when I don't know what I'm asking about. Does anyone have any recommendations for online resources of where to start learning about tech (endpoints, follow the wire stuff, etc.)?

He has to have EVERYTHING printed from him including his emails which he is CC’d on everything me and my coworker send out. I interviewed with a company last week and the interviewer said he would submit my notes to the hiring manager and I would hear back this Monday from HR on next steps/if they want to move forward. I didn’t hear back yesterday so I emailed HR and she said she wasn’t part of the hiring decision so would reach out to the initial interviewer for his feedback. I haven’t heard from her and it’s been 24 hours - starting to get worried. What should I do? Does this mean they’re not interested?
