got selected at Capgemini 1.5 months ago, accepted the offer letter. Technical interviews, English Test done. Uploaded N number of documentations required. Tomorrow is onboarding, Hr called on Friday saying we cannot be onboarding because the previous company which you've worked is in "Donot hire List". Should i blame myself for accepting their offer and waiting to join ? What about my time wasted? Who will pay compensation for my time loss?

Instead of looking for blaming someone or the company. Looking for solutions to resolve this prob.

Reach out to past company and see what can be done.
I have not come across anyone in donot hire list , but am sure some solution is out there cos there will be many who faced these situations.

As it's something not to project , we dnt get to know . Reach out to HR colleagues and people who have more exp in corporate.

They sure must be knowing something.

If suggestions are costly nobody will give it for free. Not even me.

Lucky you are. Just miss from falling in to a pit of never ending bullshit.

Hello all,

I'm currently working on azure cloud in
Cognizant . I've about 1.4 years of experience now. I've got an offer from Axtria as an L1 Analyst. Could anyone please suggest if the change in field is worth it. Or should I just look for other jobs in cloud only? I will have to decide this at the earliest so please do help me with it.
