Got to know from helpdesk email that my application status is “Make new Offer” but when I again called helpdesk and confirmed my status, she told, my current status is “Offer”. Is this normal? Will I get revised offer letter?

I resigned Epam Anywhere last week because I am on bench since 2.5 month , package in EPAM Anywhere was 32.40 lpa fixed .

Two offers:

Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.
