Most people have their reasons for having more than one job. Self-funding retirement accounts, saving for a large purchase, or planning for a once-in-a-lifetime luxury vacation. Once the goal is reached, is having more than one job considered greedy? Or are different goals created? How do you know when you're done with overemployment?

I’ve been having a difficult time selling at my company. I have a strong background in metal sales, but took a chance in residential sales right before inflation. My employer promised reimbursement for use of personal devices, which hasn’t happened, health care which he back tracked and made reference to but has not paid, I found out they’re looking for a new rep making the same false promises. My partner and I are moving out of our condo building in NYC at month end, and the building management (not our landlord) has communicated to us that, on top of the 1K non-refundable fee and 1K security deposit to move out (stated in lease), they are also issuing a $1,250 "sanitization fee" for the public areas (hallways/elevators), since we happen to be moving out during COVID19. We feel this is taking advantage of tenants during this time and may not be legal. Any advice helps!

The first rule of overemployment is dont talk about overemployment to anyone outside your house. :). Second: always protect the main job. Third: As the main job always has the priority, the Second and third jobs must preferably be contract gigs with not too many meetings everyday. Remember: another day, another dollar.
