Guys, does anyone have any experience with Volante Technology, I have received multiple offers from Volante Technology (Principal BA), Capgemini (Manager), and EY (Senior Consultant), and Capco R2 (interview )is in pipeline, almost the package is the same.. not much difference..

Any suggestions, considering the market, lay-offs, promotion, appraisal.. which organisation will be better..

I chose this job based on billables vs salary and what I'm being told I'm expected to do now is 20-30% (at least) > than what was initially agreed upon. I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?
