I have joined Accenture in Dec 2024 , i have level 10 . My probation is already completed , And i am on project since Feb 2025 . With good performance on project . But I missed to complete Ethics & Compliance training under the due date , And My proficiency Test also not done . But client and project performance are up to the mark .
My people lead is happy with good performance. But from management perspective how it will goes .

Does it impact my Variable pay and Do i eligible for hike ?

Larsen & Toubro Infotech Hello Everyone I want to know the work life balance in LTI. I've heard that the culture is like BPO you've to spend 9 hours in the office even if your work is completed. They are very much strict about timings. If you're login time is 10 it should be 10 if you login at 10:15 you need manager approval. The projects are also of supports? How did you give notice you were lateraling to people you like? Particularly if you haven't been there that long?

I'm lateraling to another firm because frankly I think the management of this one is terrible, but the people (and individual partners) I actually work with are awesome. I've only been here for about 18 months, so I imagine that short time frame will make it extra awkward 😬

Had interviews at three different places recently, all of which seemed to go well. Recruiters/HR people told me they’d be in touch with next steps end of last week or early this week. Haven’t heard from any of the three and none of them have responded to follow-up emails 🙃
