Hi guys, I have got an offer from Verizon. Role: MTS-3. Package: 21Lakhs (Fixed) + 12% Variable pay + 45 days of monthly salary as relocation expense + 50,000 joining bonus. YOE: 5.6 Years. Does the package look fine or shall I negotiate further?

Anyone know if the variable pay is applicable while serving np? I got my last variable pay for oct to March cycle and my lwd is 19th sept... Should I get variable pay for April to sept on my final settlement? Or it will give at least April to June?

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to. I got this invite shortly after. The place I’m interviewing at the job wouldn’t start til next year. I dont want to seem like a job hopper. Do i tell them I’m at a new role or just not bring it up? The acquisition was public so they can see Im no longer employed with the most recent work history on my resume

What are you praying for in this season?

Just wanted to share something I do that helps. Before class and before my students come in, I say a prayer for strength, courage, and wisdom that day. I pray that I will reflect God’s love in my interactions with my students, and that they will see Him in me. It helps keep me calm and focused, especially when the kids are all over the place. Not forcing my beliefs on anyone, just having a private moment with God. Give it a try. It is powerful.

I just want to say I’m about to say a collective prayer for all of us as we finish up this school year. It’s been a tough one. Aren’t they all? But we’ve almost made it. Great job everyone. God loves you.
