They are very much strict about timings. If you're login time is 10 it should be 10 if you login at 10:15 you need manager approval. The projects are also of supports? I'm selected as Java developer in Lymbyc(LYM) Bu. Please it would be really helpful if you guys give me some insight especially Larsen & Toubro Infotech L&T Techn

I got an offer from Telstra, I have 7.5 yrs of exp., please guide me how's working at Telstra, in terms of wlb .

And job security, as there are lots of new about lay offs in the industry from product based organisations mainly, will Telstra be safe to join.

I graduated last year and was working with my university until last month. I extended my STEM OPT with my university before July 5th (first year OPT expiry). I got a new opportunity right after submitting my application & I notified my change in employer (submitted updated I-20 & I-983).
Last Friday, I got another opportunity that is way better than the current one and I don't want to miss. My STEM OPT application is still under review. Would it be okay if I change my employer again. Thanks!
