H 1 B visas are capped so for example, there are only 85,000 H1b visas a year so we are not stealing American jobs. If you are going to charge a heavy fee for that cap as well- it is racism. Not to mention the name calling of Indians on this bowl. This will also hit US universities. It’s fine if you don’t want international students but they are being accepted to top universities because of their talent.

Let’s say your original TC in your current is 300k, but because of stock appreciation, your actual TC now is 500k (same base, same bonus, but stock appreciated). When negotiating with new company, will the new company consider your TC as 500k, or 300k? Thanks
