Always remember one thing during this time of the great resignation if you plan on staying in the workday ecosystem. While it seems huge, the workday ecosystem is small. Don’t piss people off along the way. Stay committed through your notice period up until your last day of work. Someone you work with in the future will be tied to your past somehow! So I have my bachelors in early childhood education (non licensure) and I just got my masters in special education with a certificate in autism. I am not licensed but wondering what will a good step other then a special education assistant. I was thinking to work in the college district to be a student support service worker. Unless there are others that I haven't looked at and be able to support myself financially.
