Had an interview to fill an entry level role yesterday and the candidate was surprisingly toxic towards their former employer. I don't care how you feel but you should never let that seep out in the interview. I feel lucky that it did though because we probably dodged a bullet. ​Have you ever encountered someone like that?

Have an offer from a dream company but I'll need to go in at a lower level. Knowing that I can bring a lot of value to the company (read- I know my worth), I negotiated with the hiring manager to have a level/comp review 6 months after employment. If I hit all my goals (ie, prove myself) within that time frame, I'll get a promotion and salary adjustment.
QUESTIONS:
Should this be in writing in the offer letter?
How detailed should it be? I assume I won't know what goals to set till I start...

Getting paid 85k base with 40k in bonus plus about 35k~ in OT.

I’ve completed the first interview with the hiring manager and a colleague, and have been fortunate to get to the next stage but im unsure how to prepare. I’ve done the usual compentencies, strengths and weaknesses and company research. I have been in client facing wealth management as an advisor for 10 years. I haven’t built a book of business because I’ve worked for mostly discount brokers (Merrill edge, TDA, Etrade). I want to know how to transition to a non client facing role in wealth management or another financial role. I am series 7 and series 66 licensed. Any thoughts?

I’m currently in FP&A and looking to work at a Big 4, or another company that offers the ability to move abroad.
