Hi! I’ve started Green Card process at my firm. Both me and my spouse are working on an H1B visa. Can I / Should I be including her on my application as a dependent? If not, then what would be her path to Green Card through my status.

Can my spouse change her job while green card application is pending. I'm the primary applicant and both my I140 and I485 are pending.

She is currently working on an L2S which is also up for renewal. On similar terms, would her job change have any impact to her L2S renewal application, assuming it's applied and pending with USCIS by that time.

Immigration lawyers had sent me a questionnaire to fill out for Manager PERM. They now just came back saying that they need to assess me for a different position. Anyone else experience this? I wonder if this means they’ll now just file a Senior Perm instead? Asked them but they’re not very responsive.
