HALP please landlord problems.
My landlord wants to charge me $450 for a parking spot that he gave me for free when I moved into in 2021. Since the parking spot is not part of lease he has every right as we live in capitalist economy. Is there anything I can do? I’m a woman and I hate the idea of parking on the street at night it’s not safe.

Kids have a prepaid college plan for certain schools. Emergency fund is solid. Where should I look to start investing? Anyone else struggling with hormones / mood swings? I am almost 16 weeks and been having a real tough time lately, feeling really down and stressed about things. Sadly, causing tension between me and my partner as well as he cannot relate and seems preoccupied with business as usual. Trying to get out the funk and just telling myself it’s all the hormones.
