I have been trying to practice putting myself first in my personal life. But it seems like when you're nice you have this incessant need of always being nice. To add to that there is years of cultural hardwiring for taking up on things that are absolutely avoidable otherwise. It is coming to a point where it is taking up way too much space and energy on a daily basis. Any recomendations on tackling this issue?
