Context: Graduated in 2019 (Finance), 2 years at EY as a business consultant on mix of pmo projects and tech projects where I was developer (data vis, power platform, sql, vba, data analysis etc.). Joined Google on a 6 month contract as a data analyst.

Should I be applying for product analyst roles? Should I apply for strategy consulting? Could I go straight for prod mgmt roles?

I went on a “date” recently. I paid for the tab as they were going to the bathroom. As we were leaving they said “thanks for lunch” — I was hoping they’d at least ask to Venmo me half as a kind gesture. Following lunch we grabbed dessert. I was hoping they’d offer to cover dessert since I covered lunch but it didn’t happen.

I am fine w/ paying but I was hoping the gesture would at least be presented… am I crazy?

What is the best program to use for reading recovery? I have a couple of Fundations grade levels, but need something for middle and high school students. How do I help them with basic phonics without making them feel like babies? Some are reading at a 1st grade level. Thanks in advance for any advice.
