Looking for advice…I have been told that transitioning into L&D should be “easy” given by experience and skills (20+ years in education as a teacher, counselor, district administrator, higher ed. program Director, Academic Affairs Assoc. Dean plus part-time instructional designer). I have an EdD in Leadership (School-system) and an MA in Counseling Psychology.

I have applied for various position levels from specialist to Director with no luck. Any ideas for what level I should be applying for?
