Hi I joined virtusa on 14June 2022.Hr just call me and ask me to submit few documents on the portal and after that no one call me even no one connected me for further process.I don't know anything regarding my project and all.Even they didn't ask me for any bank details and all anywhere.And also after submitting documents .I got an email saying onboarding completed we will verify it from their end.He even not responding to my call as I called her many times.can you guide what's happening??

AWS cloud application architect. Had an on-site interview with AWS a few days ago and just got an email saying they want to talk to me about next steps. The role is cloud application architect but I want to ask them about the senior cloud application architect role. I have all the relevant experience for that role and feel like I’d be a better fit for that senior role. How should I approach this conversation? Is this even possible? Amazon

Yes but only because I have an auto-immune and Covid finally made people realize that people like me really are at greater risk when we have to be in public for long stretches of time. Before Covid I could barely get anyone to take it seriously but I was able to avoid RTO policies because of my auto-immune (granted I've been with the same company since just before the pandemic)
Not fully remote, but also used a disability accommodation process for my disability.
