CTS - 18.5 LPA
PWC India - 16 LPA
Oracle Financial Services Software(OFSS) - 21 LPA

Planning to join OFSS as I will work in product development team and can work in any shift timings with WFH.

Today I had my 2nd round interview with EY GDS and got rejected.
Do I need to worry about this and feel low?
Could EY GDS would have been better instead of OFSS?

Please provide your valuable inputs.

Hi All, I have completed my technical interview on 6th Dec,2022 and received mail from HR on 7th Dec to upload documents on ibegin portal my status is changed to evaluated yesterday. I still haven't received any mail from HR regarding the HR interview or any further steps. What does this mean? Can I consider that I have chances or am I rejected?

I regret not applying to Harvard. I never thought I’d get into a top school and then got into wharton with a 100k fellowship - which changed my entire perspective. It sucks thinking “what if…”. Got my MBB offer as an Exp Hire! A few insights from my case prep. I practiced ~10 cases solo using Case Coach videos. I'd watch the interviewer speak, pause the video, practice (speak out loud, ask questions, explain my approach, even time myself), then play to see what the candidate did, and evaluate myself for gaps.

I also learned the evaluation criteria and internalized the generic case frameworks.

I do work in consulting and had done live case interviews 5 years ago

Is it okay if I ask my interviewer from the first round tips for the next round of interview/format of interviews? They’re a school alumni.

I’m currently at a studio that has been good to me. They took a chance and allowed me to change career paths. They gave me numerous opportunities that lead me to now, being the head of a department. The big guys at the top has expressed they could see me as the guy to run the company one day but it’s all talk and possibilities right now. I’ll have to wait for now. On the other hand, I have an offer in hand from a much bigger company to be part of their business development. Any advice?
