Has anyone ever come across language barrier issues between staff or external customers you have to deal with?
I had to deal with this man today who was Romanian and didn’t speak barely any English and struggled to understand a lot of what I was saying, so it was very difficult to navigate the conversation.
It made me realise how do other people come across these challenges?

I recently did a job interview and I made it clear to the HR my expectation salary is 60k a year, non negotiable.
Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

Hi everyone, I am getting ready for a job interview, and need to create a media plan. I was hoping someone can help me with the next task: basically, I need to create inventory recommendation based on past performance. What I am very confused about is that they gave me Booked Impressions (=4M), but in the task it says I should assume there is unlimited inventory. Am I supposed to use this 4M only to calculate spend, ROAS, etc., but can actually have unlimited allocated impressions? Thank you!
