Yes. It is completely apparent I have ADHD. No lid on that jar, so might as well put cards on the table. Not only that, I was asked as someone for patient insights and actually put on a piece of new business specifically for ADHD as added value to the client with an insider perspective.
Companies are moving towards elevating conversations around neurodivergence, and embracing it as diversity. If your company has anything negative to say, or descriminates in anyway, then it’s all good for you from a legal compensation standpoint anyway.
I also had someone work under me for years that was scared to tell me she was dyslexic for the first year. Knowing that made me more aware of her needs and how to do best to help provide her with any resources she needed.

I agree, if you would benefit from accommodations absolutely disclose! This also protects you legally from retaliation/discrimination.
Ugh it totally depends on your boss and company and team. I’ve been hired because of it once, and I was bullied because of it once.
