Hi Sharks, Off topic question. How long does HSBC take to schedule psychometric test. I attended managerial round on 10th aug and person who referred me confirmed that I cleared managerial round. I recently joined IBM and waiting for the project. In April I applied for an position but no test or interview was scheduled and recruiter asked me to give other email id as my application was already present in HSBC portal. I had interviewed with Deloitte UK consulting in June/July and was called by the HR team by the end of July that the interviews were positive and they're sending for approval for an offer to be rolled out. I was called back later in September and told that the role is on hold due to a hiring freeze. Is anyone else in this situation and have you'll heard back from the HR team post that

Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

I have 7.3 YOE and my Tech Stark is SAP UI5/ Fiori Developer.
I currently have 2 offers in hand, one from Sopra Steria, Technical Lead 2B - CTC 18.6 LPA which is completely fixed and the other offer is from Capgemini, Manager C2- CTC 18 LPA(Variable 10%) and joining bonus 50k.
Please help me by suggesting which one I can go forward with.

Hello.. i have 6 years of experience in frontend development. I have offer of 27.5 from Nagarro (client to be decided yet) and 30 from HCL Technologies (apple client and work location also apple) and 26 from Netcracker Technology Corp. maybe with some joining bonus. Which do you think I should join.

Please refrain from joining EY GDS. I have attended interviews and the entire set of folks whom I'm interacted with weren't well qualified. The HR was also very unprofessional. There were few norms which was discussed before the first round if interview : I had cleared shared my salary expectations and standing offer. Answer I got on email and on phone was they are not worried about salary and they can easily match the package.
After 4 rounds of interview over 1 month, I got selected and then they rolled out an offer less that the current companies package:) and now they claimed that they agreed earlier by mistake.
Never seen such behavior anywhere.

If you no other options just join Ey, in the worst case scenario, layoffs would start (if any) early next year after proper approvals from all the partners regarding split...so atleast for next 6-8 months you don't need to worry.
Also are you joining as a designer or developer?
